Returning your Vehicle
You may, at your option date, decide that you want to return your vehicle to RBC for the guaranteed Buy-Back amount. To initiate this process:
- If you financed your vehicle before January 1, 2006, please contact RBC Insurance at
1-866-ROYAL-45 (1-866-769-2545).
- If your vehicle was financed after January 1, 2006, please contact ARI Financial Services at
1-877-7 RBC-ARI (1-877-727-4722).
You will require the following information & documents to complete the return:
- Option Date (located on your Buy-Back Loan Certificate)
- Buy-Back Car Loan Certificate
- Bill of Sale
- Original vehicle registration
Your vehicle will be inspected by a third party to ensure no excess wear and tear is present. Save time & frustration by quickly inspecting your vehicle using these guidelines.
