Our goal is to ensure the security and privacy of your Online Banking activities. After enrolling in Online Banking, you will receive an Activation Code in the mail. Your Activation Code allows you to securely access the full functionality of Online Banking including:
FOR PERSONAL CUSTOMERS:
- Make payments to credit cards, other RBC Royal Bank® customers or your RBC Direct Investing account
- Open another Personal Deposit Account
- Buy and renew non-registered GICs
- Change address information and order cheques
- Conveniently receive and view your bills online with RBC ebills
- See your online accounts from other financial institutions with My View
- Send funds to anyone holding accounts with a Canadian Financial Institution through an Interac Email Money Transfer
FOR BUSINESS CUSTOMERS:
- Make payments to credit cards, personal payee and other RBC Royal Bank customers
- Pay government remittances
- Change address information and order cheques
- Access personal and business accounts with one click
- Send funds through an Interac Email Money Transfer
When you receive your Activation Code letter, sign in to Online Banking before the expiration date indicated. Enter your client card number and password. You will then be asked to enter your Activation Code. You only need to complete this process once to ensure an extra level of security for your Online Banking activities.
