The Certificate of Completion and Possession
The Certificate of Completion and Possession records certain information about your new home, including any outstanding issues or deficiencies. You and your builder will sign it after your pre-delivery inspection, and your builder will submit it to the applicable new home warranty program (your signature in no way limits your warranty rights).
The certificate also features a certification sticker that your builder should remove and affix to the electrical panel of your home.
