1. How can I apply for RBC Access USATM?
It's easy! Simply visit your nearest RBC Royal Bank branch in Canada or your nearest RBC Centura branch in the U.S. and speak with a personal banker.

2. If I am not currently a client of RBC Financial Group - can I sign up for RBC Access USATM?
RBC Access USATM was exclusively designed for RBC Royal Bank clients with personal accounts. If you would like to access the features of RBC Access USATM you should contact your nearest RBC Royal Bank branch today to open a personal account or call 1-800-769-2553 to discuss your U.S. banking needs.
3. Can I sign up for RBC Access USATM while I'm in Florida?
Yes - If you have a personal deposit account with RBC Royal Bank you can sign up for RBC Access USATM by visiting any RBC Centura branch in Florida. RBC Access USATM offers premium services not available on a stand-alone basis to meet your financial needs on both sides of the border.
4. If I'm already in Florida and decide to change U.S. financial service providers, can I still apply for RBC Access USATM?
Yes. If you are already at your southern destination and decide to change U.S. financial service provider, you can call 1-800-769-2553. The information and forms needed to switch your banking to RBC Centura will be provided when your RBC Access USATM package is opened.
5. How can I transfer money between my RBC Centura account and my RBC Royal Bank account?
As an RBC Access USATM client, you can transfer funds instantly between RBC Royal Bank and RBC Centura accounts online at anytime or by calling 1-800-769-2553 between 7am and 11pm (EST) 7 days a week.
6. Can I use RBC Centura Web Banking to pay bills while in the U.S.A.?
Yes. RBC Access USA includes RBC Centura Web Banking at no charge with free online bill payment to U.S. payors from your RBC Centura Account. You can also view account balances from other financial institutions and monitor the activity on your account 24 hours a day.
7. I already have travel medical insurance. Do I need to sign-up for Travel HealthProtector® Insurance to realize the package savings?
If you have already taken travel medical insurance with another provider, you can still become an RBC Access USATM client and use the other products and services. However, you should be aware that Travel HealthProtector® Insurance may cover more pre-existing conditions and is offered at a discount to RBC Access USA Premier Service clients.
