How does it work ?
Your bill received by the consumer can be paid:
- by telephone
- by personal computer
- at branch of any financial institution
Payment by any of these methods is processed either electronically or manually at a financial institution's processing centre and then is forwarded to the Royal Bank's processing centre for consolidation.
The payments are stored in a file which is transmitted to your office electronically in a format customized to your receivable system.
Your receivable system is automatically updated.
