1. How can I register my bills?
You can register your bills in one of the following ways:
- Enrol in Online Banking
- Visit your local RBC Royal Bank branch
- Call Royal Direct at 1 800 769-2511
Once you have registered your bills, you can pay them at any time through Online Banking, at any RBC ATM, in branch or by telephone. All you have to do is remember how much you need to pay.
2. Are there any fees to register my bills?
No. There are no fees to register your bills or to enrol in Online Banking.
3. How long does it take to register a bill?
It takes less than a minute to register a bill.
4. Do I have to enrol all of my bills?
Yes. With the exception of some government tax bills, all bills must be enrolled prior to July 31, 2006.
5. I'm a business client. Do I have to register my bills as well?
Yes. As a business client you can register your bills through Online Banking or by visiting your local RBC Royal bank branch. Once enrolled, you can continue to pay most of your bills at the ATM or at your local branch.
