What you need to enrol online

 

You may enrol in Online Banking 24 hours after you open a new RBC Royal Bank or Royal Trust account. For security purposes, you will need to provide the following information when you enrol:

  • Your Client Card number. Please enter the last 12 digits as they appear on your card, without inserting hyphens or spaces
  • Your account number(s). Please ensure you enter your 7-digit chequing or savings account number without inserting hyphens or spaces.
  • Your most recent RBC Royal Bank Visa* statement (if you have a RBC Royal Bank Visa card)
  • Information on your mortgage payment (if you have a mortgage with RBC Royal Bank)

For your convenience, please have this information on hand when you enrol.
