Some Pitfalls
Helping candidates develop their skills over the long-term is tough. Here are some warning signs of a failing effort:
- inability to articulate a strategic vision and clear direction;
- inability to see beyond the details of a job;
- no feedback;
- insensitivity to the need to adapt or change the culture;
