For a fee, you can also view digital images of your items deposited at ATMs (i.e., cheques)

If you have a question about your account, just use the Your Communications box to send confidential emails to RBC Royal Bank customer service representatives. Likewise, RBC Royal Bank can send you relevant news, information and updates. You’ll be notified of any new messages each time you sign in. Rest assured your messages are completely safe and your privacy fully protected.

4. Access Your Business And Personal Accounts
If you have a business Client Card, as well as a personal Client Card, you can save time by accessing both accounts together. From Update Profile, click "Access Your Business and Personal Accounts With One Sign In."

5. Add Multiple Accounts
If you have multiple business Client Cards that you use for Online Banking, you can save even more time by attaching these cards to your Online Banking account. From the Account Balances page, under Self Service, click "Add Other Online Accounts," and then click "Add and Manage Other RBC Royal Bank Business Accounts."
