From the Account Balances page, choose "Pay Bills & Transfer Funds."

Step 2
Enter the amount you want transferred, and choose from which account. Then, in the "To" drop down menu, choose "Interac* Email Money Transfer."

Choose your payment date(s), and then click "Submit."

You will be prompted to provide the recipient’s name and email address. Plus, you’ll be asked to provide a security question and answer that only the recipient can answer (you may wish to agree on this ahead of time). When you’re ready, click "Continue." Tip: If you plan to transfer money to this recipient on an ongoing basis, click the "Add this recipient to Payee List" checkbox, before clicking "Continue."

Once you’ve confirmed the details, an email notification will be automatically sent to the recipient with instructions on how to retrieve the transferred funds.
