Registration of Credit Cards
Just one call and CardAssist Plus will co-ordinate the cancellation of your registered lost or stolen cards and arrange to have new ones sent immediately.
Registration of Important documents
You can also register the numbers of important documents such as your health card, passport and driver's licence etc.
Credit Bureau Monitoring
If your cards are lost or stolen, you can help protect yourself against the possibility of identity fraud. When you call in to cancel your lost or stolen cards you will be offered optional credit bureau monitoring. Your credit bureau files will be monitored on a daily basis for any changes and will alert you the next business day so you can take appropriate precautions.
Cellular Phone Registration
Register your cellular phone number and serial number. If your phone is lost or stolen CardAssist Plus will contact your service provider and request them to stop the service.
Emergency Airline Tickets

Lost Luggage and Lost Key Recovery
Tag your luggage and keys with specially registered CardAssist Plus tags to help identify and have your lost items returned to you.
Travel Voicemail and Emergency Message Centre Relay
When you travel, call toll-free and leave a message for someone who's expecting to hear from you. Or in an emergency, CardAssist Plus will make three attempts to send a message through to up to three different individuals.
Important Date Reminders
Take advantage of the CardAssist Plus date reminder service! Register up to 12 important dates, such as anniversaries, birthdays etc. The information will be kept private and you will be given advance notice of each date registered.
Address Change Service
One less thing to worry about when moving! Just call 1-866-734-3195 at least 4 weeks before you move. CardAssist Plus will notify your credit card companies as well as the Canadian magazines you subscribe to. CardAssist Plus will also notify up to 3 of your friends or family members on your behalf.

Membership Conditions
You can enrol in the service by indicating your agreement to join and pay the annual fee of only $39.95 plus applicable taxes.
For your convenience, the service will be renewed at the expiration of your term. At renewal, the applicable enrolment fee will be charged to your RBC Royal Bank Visa account.
