As a part of the integration of Ally Credit Canada Limited, please be advised that your auto loan account(s) will be assumed by Royal Bank of Canada by October 14, 2013. A notification will be sent to you by mid November with your new loan number. The rate, terms and conditions of your loan will remain unchanged. Once your account(s) have been transferred, you have the choice of managing your account(s) by phone or by visiting your nearest RBC Royal Bank branch .

RBC Royal Bank® is integrating Ally Credit Canada Limited ’s portfolio and accounts into the RBC platform. You can manage your account(s) by phone or by visiting your nearest RBC Royal Bank branch. If you are an existing RBC client with access to RBC Royal Bank Online Banking, you will be able to access your newly transferred account(s) using your existing client identification and password for Online Banking.
The transfer of your account(s) from Ally Credit Canada Limited to RBC Royal Bank will be completed by October 14, 2013.
You will receive a new RBC Royal Bank loan account number. However, your loan rates, terms, and conditions will remain unchanged.
You will receive a separate mailing containing the new account numbers by mid-November 2013.
You will be provided with a new RBC Royal Bank account number by mail by mid-November 2013. If you haven’t received your new account number by the end of November, please call 1-855-743-5545 referencing your old Ally Credit Canada Limited account number and one of our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to assist you.
If you are an existing RBC client with access to Online Banking, you will be able to access your newly transferred account(s) using your existing client identification and password for Online Banking after October 16, 2013. The transfer of your account(s) from Ally Credit Canada Limited to RBC Royal Bank will take place by October 14, 2013. During the transfer of accounts you will not have access to your account(s) online. You can login at www.rbconlinebanking.com and enter your online credentials to access your accounts.
If you are new to RBC Royal Bank and would like to set up Online Banking access, please call 1-855-743-5545, go online or visit the nearest RBC Royal Bank branch.
If you do not have access to Online Banking, please call 1-855-743-5545 or visit the nearest RBC Royal Bank branch to service your account.
If you have pre-authorized payments set up, you will not need to make any changes. The payee on your Pre-Authorized Payment has changed to show RBC Royal Bank, and your payments should continue without disruption. No action is required by you at this time.
You may make payments by dropping off a cheque at your local RBC Royal Bank branch after October 14, 2013. Please indicate your Ally Credit Canada Limited or RBC Royal Bankloan account number on the back of the cheque.
To set up Pre-Authorized Payments, you may drop off a void cheque at your local RBC Royal Bank branch after October 14, 2013. You can also call 1-855-743-5545 to set up Pre-Authorized Payments.
No, monthly billing statements have been discontinued. However, RBC Royal Bankwill provide a year-end statement summarizing interest and principle payments. Your statement will include information from the date of account transition from Ally Credit Canada Limited to RBC Royal Bankfor the month of October, 2013 up to and including account information for the month of December, 2013. If you would like a statement for all of 2013, please call us at 1-855-743-5545.
RBC Royal Bankwill notify you of next steps prior to your option date in accordance with your original contract.

No, there are no penalties if you choose to pay out your account early.
To change the name on your contract, you must provide a copy of your marriage certificate or divorce decree with your account number. Please visit your local RBC Royal Bank branch.
Yes, you can make a lump-sum payment on your account to lower your monthly payments or pay out your loan sooner.
No, the warranty does not run out if you pay off or contract early. For further details regarding your warranty, please contact your vehicle's manufacturer.
If your registration is lost or misplaced and we held the lien:
