Business owner document

• Two pieces of unexpired, original identification for the sole proprietor
  • At least one of these must have a photo identification
  • At least one of these must be issued by a government authority

Business document

• Trade name registration or master business licence if applicable
  • This is not required if you are operating strictly in your own name.
