Getting Started

Getting started with RBC Pay & Sync is easy. If you are both an RBC Online Banking for Business user and a QuickBooks Online user simply:

  1. Login to your RBC Online Banking for Business
  2. Choose “RBC Pay & Sync with QuickBooks” and review and agree to the terms and conditions
  3. Select “Get Started” to be redirected to QuickBooks Online to complete enrolment
  4. After you have completed all the required information, you will then be brought back to RBC Online Banking for Business to complete the first-time set up.

Once enrolled in RBC Pay & Sync, your information will be shared between Royal Bank of Canada and Intuit, Inc. and you can begin.
