2. Internet Personal Information Patrol (iPiP)

Twenty-four hours a day, iPiP helps detect online use of your personal registered information. If a match of your registered data is found, you'll be notified through an e-mail alert.

3. Registration of Debit and Credit Cards

Just one call and the InfoProtector service will co-ordinate the cancellation of your registered lost or stolen cards and arrange to have new ones sent immediately.

4. Credit Bureau Monitoring

When you call in to report and cancel your lost or stolen cards you will be offered optional credit bureau monitoring free of charge for six months. That's a retail value of $90.00 at no extra cost to you! Your credit bureau files will be monitored every business day for any changes. If a change does occur, you will be alerted on the next business day so you can take appropriate precautions. You will also receive a personal credit report and score from a Canadian credit reporting agency. It will help you spot potential identity fraud immediately.

5. Rebound Lost Item Return Service

Simply apply customized rebound labels to your portable electronic devices. These labels include a toll-free number and in the event these items are ever lost, these labels will help track and return your items to you. A $50 reward will be paid to the finder of your items. Plus, the Rebound service arranges to pay and pick up the item for its safe return to you.

6. Computer Tune-Up Reimbursement

The InfoProtector service helps keep your computer in top-notch condition with a computer tune-up reimbursement. Every 12 months you're eligible to receive up to $75.00 towards the cost of hiring a technician to tune up your computer.

When you travel, call toll-free and leave a message for someone who's expecting to hear from you. Or in an emergency, InfoProtector will make three attempts to send a message through to up to three different individuals.

InfoProtector helps ensure that you get the best deal on your purchases. Enjoy a lowest price guarantee from 90 days of your purchase. If you see the item you purchased using your credit card advertised in print at a lower price than what you paid, we will reimburse you the difference³.

Take advantage of the InfoProtector date reminder service! Register up to 12 important dates, such as anniversaries, birthdays etc. The information will be kept private and you will be given advance notice via e-mail or letter mail of each date registered.

14. Address Change Service

One less thing to worry about when moving! Just call 1-877-773-7774 at least 4 weeks before you move. The InfoProtector service will notify your credit card companies as well as the Canadian newspapers and magazines you subscribe to. The InfoProtector service will also notify up to 3 of your friends or family members on your behalf.
