Customers can now choose to access Visa statement information at their branch, by telephone through Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Inquiry, or online with our new Visa Inquiry service.

RBC Royal Bank Visa electronic statements give you safe, secure access to all the information you receive today in your paper statements — but in a more convenient form. You will be able to:
- Review your statements as soon as they're ready, instead of waiting for them to be delivered by mail.
- Archive your statements for up to seven years — and save or print them whenever you like.
