Rewards Network Restaurant Program
Terms and Conditions
Royal Bank of Canada ("RBC Royal Bank"), together with Rewards Network Canada LP ("Rewards Network"), are pleased to provide RBC Royal Bank Visa* cardholders that earn RBC Rewards® points from RBC Royal Bank (the "RBC Visa cards") this special opportunity to earn additional RBC Rewards points.
In addition to receiving all RBC Rewards points that you earn on your RBC Visa card through your enrolment in RBC Royal Bank's RBC Rewards program (the "RBC Rewards Program")1, you also have the opportunity to earn one additional RBC Rewards point (an "Additional RBC Rewards Point") for every eligible $1.00** (US dollars and Canadian dollar currency is treated at par) charged to your RBC Visa Card when dining at restaurants throughout Canada and the United States that are participating in the Rewards Network Program (the "Program") made available to you from Rewards Network.2
All Additional RBC Rewards Points earned through the Program will be combined by RBC Royal Bank with all other RBC Rewards points that you would ordinarily earn on your RBC Visa card. You will continue to receive any RBC Rewards points you would ordinarily be entitled to receive from RBC Royal Bank on all eligible purchases+ (even those for which you will earn Additional RBC Rewards Points) when you use your RBC Visa card in accordance with the terms and conditions or restrictions that apply to the RBC Rewards Program. How the Program Works to Earn you Additional RBC Rewards Points:
Each Additional RBC Rewards Points you receive under the Program will be credited to your RBC Rewards account and will be converted by RBC Royal Bank into an equivalent RBC Rewards points (i.e. for each 1 Additional RBC Rewards Points earned you will receive 1 RBC Rewards point credited to your RBC Rewards account with RBC Royal Bank).
You are required to activate your membership directly with Rewards Network by registering your RBC Visa card number and all additional information requested by Rewards Network by self-enrolling at www.rbcrewards.rewardsnetwork.com/site/enroll/enroll.jhtml or calling Rewards Network at 1-866-901-3463.
Until August 31, 2005 - Automatic Enrolment of your RBC Visa Platinum Avion® and RBC Royal Bank Visa Business Avion by RBC Royal Bank: Because of your participation in the RBC Rewards Program and as a RBC Royal Bank Visa Platinum Avion or RBC Royal Bank Visa Business Avion cardholder that earns RBC Rewards points on your RBC Visa card, RBC Royal Bank has automatically enrolled your RBC Visa card number with Rewards Network (and no other personal information) in the Program. RBC Royal Bank will continue to automatically enrol all such RBC Visa card numbers that earn RBC Rewards points for membership in the Program until August 31, 2005. After August 31, 2005, to maintain your automatic enrolment in the Program you will be required to (i) re-confirm your membership directly with Rewards Network by registering your RBC Visa card number and all additional information requested by Rewards Network by self-enrolling at www.rbcrewards.rewardsnetwork.com/site/enroll/enroll.jhtml or calling Rewards Network at 1-866-901-3463.
How to De-Activate Your Program Membership: SHOULD YOU NOT WISH YOUR RBC VISA CARD NUMBER TO CONTINUE TO BE ENROLED FOR MEMBERSHIP IN THE PROGRAM, please contact Rewards Network directly at 1-866-901-3463. Please be aware that by de-activating your enrolment in the Program, you will not be entitled to earn Additional Rewards Points unless you enrol your RBC Visa card with Rewards Network in the Program (but you will continue to earn all RBC Rewards points that you would ordinarily be entitled to receive under the RBC Rewards Program).
BENEFITS TO ENROLLED MEMBERS OF THE PROGRAM:
For RBC Visa cardholders that enroll in the Program, Rewards Network will at all times maintain an "Additional RBC Rewards Points" account that will be accessible through the Rewards Network Site.
In order to take advantage of the Program and earn Additional RBC Rewards Points, after you have enrolled as a Member in the Program, Members can refer to the information and guidelines in their Program relating to dining at participating restaurants (the "Restaurant Program Rules").
As a Program Member, you may choose to open a new account in a different program operated by Rewards Network with a RBC Visa card that has already been registered in the Program (the "first Program"), Rewards Network will close your existing account in the first Program in respect of that card only and open a new account with the program you have selected. You will no longer be eligible to earn Additional RBC Rewards Points on that RBC Visa card but will continue to receive the RBC Rewards points that you would ordinarily receive on your RBC Visa card for all eligible purchases.

Please be sure to read all provisions of the Membership Agreement and all Terms and Conditions of Use carefully prior to accepting them.
1 All terms and conditions and restrictions of your RBC Rewards Program will continue to apply to your RBC Visa card upon self-enrollment in the Rewards Network Program.
2 The Rewards Network Canada LP Program (the "Program') is operated and maintained by Rewards Network Canada LP ("Rewards Network). All participating restaurants are selected by Rewards Network. All terms and conditions of the Program are established by Rewards Network.

+ Exclusive of cash advances, interest charges, fees or credits. Certain RBC Visa cards earn 1 RBC Rewards point for each eligible $1.50 or $2.00 spent on their RBC Visa card. By way of example, RBC Rewards Visa Classic that earn one RBC Reward point for every eligible $2 spent on this card will now also earn one Additional RBC Rewards Point for every $1 spent using this card at participating restaurants under the Program. RBC US Dollar Visa Gold card that earn 1.5 RBC Reward points for every $1 spent on this card will now also earn one Additional RBC Reward Point for every $1 spent using this card at a participating restaurant under the Program.
