1. How does my Starbucks Duetto Visa Card work?

The Starbucks Duetto Visa Card has two accounts in one — the RBC Royal Bank Visa Account and the Starbucks Card Account. The Visa Account allows you to make purchases anywhere the Visa card is accepted. Every purchase¹ you make will earn you 1% in Duetto Dollars, which can be used at participating Starbucks locations^†. The Starbucks Card Account allows you to load a dollar value into that account for future purchases at participating Starbucks stores. Then you can pay for your favourite Starbucks treats without signing receipts or fumbling for cash. $1 in Duetto Dollars equals $1 dollar for you to use at a participating Starbucks.

While the Starbucks Duetto Visa Card is a reloadable Starbucks Card like the one you already have, it's also an RBC Royal Bank Visa card.

3. How do I earn Duetto Dollars?

Each time you use the RBC Royal Bank Visa Account of your Duetto Visa Card to make purchases, you will earn Duetto Dollars equal to 1% of the amount of the Visa purchase you make with your Starbucks Duetto Visa Card. If you sign up for the optional automatic reload feature using the Visa Account of your Starbucks Duetto Visa Card, you will receive 3% of the amount auto-reloaded in Duetto Dollars for automatic reload purchases. All Duetto Dollars will be automatically loaded to your Duetto Dollars Account at the end of each billing cycle.

You may ask a barista for your balance or check it online at www.starbucks.com/card . Duetto Dollars earned each monthly billing cycle will be printed on your monthly RBC Royal Bank Visa statement and will be automatically posted to your Duetto Dollars Account and available for redemption two days after your monthly billing cycle.

To earn even more Duetto Dollars, and to make reloading your Duetto Dollars Account easier, you can sign up with Starbucks to use their optional automatic reload feature. When you automatically reload using your RBC Royal Bank Visa Account, you'll earn 3% in Duetto Dollars on the amount reloaded. To set up the automatic reload feature, you need to call 1-800-782-7282 (1-800-STARBUC) or go online to www.starbucks.com/card .

8. How do I change or discontinue my automatic reload feature?

Visit www.starbucks.com/card or call 1-800-782-7282 (1-800-STARBUC) to have Starbucks disable the feature within 24 hours of the next scheduled reload. Once cash value has been loaded on your Duetto Dollars Account, the transaction cannot be reversed.
