RBC Electronic Statements (eStatements)

GREAT NEWS! Soon, you will no longer need to wait on the mail for the regular statements for your Chequing/Banking, Savings or Credit Card accounts.

We are pleased to introduce RBC Electronic Statements (eStatements) plus the new View & Manage eStatements menu options which will be available in Digital Banking from June 26, 2017.

The View eStatements option will allow you to access a PDF version of statements at your convenience, 24 hours a day - 7 days a week.  eStatements produced from June 16, 2017 will be available and future eStatements will be uploaded on the date of the regular statement cycle, for the respective account.

The Manage eStatements option will allow you to stop the print and mail-out of Paper Statements for your Credit Card and Savings accounts. However, if you change your statement option(1) from “Paper” to “Electronic only” to only receive eStatements, you will have the ability to print a hard copy using a home or office printer if necessary.

Take advantage of this new Free, Environmentally Friendly, Convenient and Secure feature in Digital Banking.

You can access your eStatement(2) as an Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) version of your account statement within Digital Banking.

eStatements look the same as paper statements* and offer you even more value, convenience and security with benefits such as anytime/anywhere viewing. Digital Banking will allow access for up to 18 months of statement archiving(3).

(2) Electronic statements will not be presented in a consolidated format as each of your accounts will have its own eStatement.

(3) If you were receiving paper statements, 18 months of Electronic Statements will be archived from June 2017 forward.

(4) Personal Banking and Business Banking clients have access to Manage eStatements for their Savings and Credit Card Accounts only. At this time, the “Electronic only” statement option is not available for accounts where a cheque book facility is provided so paper statements will continue to be generated for Banking accounts.
