RBC Royal Bank will be providing our customers with a confidential, secure and protected online banking (NetBank) environment that is equipped with the most advanced security features available today.

Introducing our RBC SecureCard, an additional level of security when accessing RBC's online banking service, NetBank.

Once you have received your RBC SecureCard and it is linked to your NetBank ID you will be required to use it every time you log on to NetBank and to complete wire transfers/payments.

Once your SecureCard has been linked to your account, you will no longer be required to answer a Personal Verification Question (PVQ) when attempting wire transactions; instead you will only be required to enter the coordinates on your RBC SecureCard in the "Enter values" section.

Please follow the instructions and guidelines below, on use of this card:

How do I login to NetBank with my RBC SecureCard?

1. Access the NetBank login page via www.rbc.com/caribbean or directly https://ec.rbcnetbank.com/

2. Enter your user ID and password on the NetBank Log on screen and click Sign In, as you would normally.

3. Once you have entered your user ID and password correctly, NetBank will prompt you to enter 3 coordinates from your RBC SecureCard.

4. Locate the coordinates on your RBC SecureCard and enter them in the "Enter values" section on the Log on screen. Upon clicking "Submit" you will be allowed to access NetBank.

What happens if I enter the incorrect coordinates?

1. If the user ID and password are correct, but you have entered the incorrect coordinates, an error message will appear and you will be prompted to try again.

2. Enter the new coordinates provided and click on "Submit".

In order to protect you, after 3 unsuccessful attempts, your account will be disabled and you will need to contact your RBC Royal Bank branch.

Loss, theft or unauthorized use of the RBC SecureCard

In case of loss, theft or unauthorized use of your RBC SecureCard, please contact your RBC Royal Bank branch or Relationship Manager.

RBC Royal Bank is pleased to introduce the RBC Token, as an additional level of security when accessing RBC's online banking service, NetBank.

Once the RBC Token is linked to your personal Netbank ID you are required to use it every time you log on to NetBank and to complete wire transfers/payments.

You may download our Token (Entrust Identity Guard Mobile) from the following app stores to your smartphone:

  • Blackberry store

After downloading and installing the soft token application, you are required to activate and register your soft token. Please follow the step by step instructions on how to activate and register your RBC Token.
