Two Factor Authentication:

Two factor authentication is an added security feature that allows the online banking user to access his/her account using not only a user ID and password, but also a unique security code that is generated by a security card or token.


 

The RBC SecureCard – offered in Trinidad and Tobago and Eastern Caribbean

The RBC SecureCard is an additional level of security when accessing RBC's online banking service, NetBank. Once you have received your RBC SecureCard, which is linked to your NetBank ID, you will be required to use it every time you log on to NetBank and to complete wire transfers/payments.

The Entrust Token – offered in Aruba, Curacao/Bonaire, St. Maarten/Saba

The Entrust Token is an additional level of security when accessing RBC's online banking service, NetBank. Once you have received your Entrust Token, which is linked to your NetBank ID, you will be required to use it every time you log on to NetBank and to complete wire transfers/payments.

Once the RBC Token is linked to your personal NetBank ID, you are required to use it every time you log on to NetBank and to complete wire transfers/payments.

You may download our Token (Entrust Identity Guard Mobile) from the following app stores to your smartphone:

  • Apple app store
  • Windows app store
  • Blackberry store

After downloading and installing the soft token application, you are required to activate and register your soft token.
