While they look like credit cards, RBC Visa Prepaid Cards are actually prepaid/stored value cards. Funds are loaded to the cards and when purchases are made, amounts are deducted until the balances reach $0. They can be used to make purchases wherever Visa cards are accepted(1)– including online, by phone and at millions of retail locations worldwide.
RBC Visa Prepaid Cards provide flexibility and protection that doesn't come with cash, cheques or store gift cards. And rather than recipients being forced to shop at one particular store, they have the option to shop anywhere for the things they want at the merchants of their choice. When you add it all up, Visa Prepaid Cards are gifts that your employees and clients will truly appreciate.
