Will I continue to be charged premiums while on claim?

Yes, insurance premiums will be charged to your account during the entire period of claim. However during this period you may be eligible for a premium refund. Please refer to your Certificate of Insurance to find out more.

How do I submit multiple claims?

If you or your spouse, at the date of loss, are eligible for a benefit payable under more than one coverage, only one benefit will be paid at a time and it will be limited to the most generous one. To find out more about multiple claim scenarios please refer to your Certificate of Insurance.
