What are the technical requirements for accessing Credit Card Inquiry?
Credit Card Inquiry requires a computer with an Internet connection running in Netscape 2.02 or higher, or Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 or higher. A printer is optional, but recommended.
I am unable to access secure sites or pages. What could be wrong?
If you are accessing the Internet via a proxy, check with your administrator to see what restrictions are in place.
I am getting a message that the security certificate has expired. What does this mean?
If could mean that your computer's internal clock is not set properly. Check to see that your system clock is set to the current date and time.
I am having trouble printing the output from Credit Card Inquiry. What can I do to fix this?
Try clearing your browser's cache. Click on the Security Information hyperlink at the bottom of the page for detailed instructions regarding your particular browser type. Also, certain older browsers have memory problems. If you are using an older browser, you may want to upgrade to a more recent version.
