To use RBC Mobile Banking you must have a web-enabled mobile device and wireless carrier service. You must also be an existing RBC Online Banking(4) customer.

 

How much does it cost to use RBC Mobile Banking?

You can use RBC Mobile Banking at no additional cost(2). However, please refer to your service plan that you have with your wireless service provider to find out the cost associated with accessing the Internet using your mobile device.

 

Is RBC Mobile Banking safe and secure?

Your security is guaranteed by the RBC Online Banking Security Guarantee. If an unauthorized transaction(3) is conducted through your RBC Mobile Banking service, we’ll reimburse you 100% for any resulting losses to those accounts. It’s the RBC Online Banking Security Guarantee.

How do I use RBC Mobile Banking?

Turn on your mobile device. Launch the browser and then go to www.rbc.mobi www.rbc.mobi. Log in using your Client Card number or username and password then start banking!

2) There are no fees for access to this service, however, transaction fees for fund transfers and bill payments may apply depending on your account package and are separate from access fees. In addition, clients should verify with their mobile carrier to determine any fees associated with using browser related services via their mobile device.

3) For a definition of an unauthorized transaction and for full details regarding the protections and limitations of the RBC Online Banking Security Guarantee, please see your Electronic Access Agreement. This guarantee is given by Royal Bank of Canada in connection with its Online Banking service.
