Getting Started with RBC Mobile Banking
If you’re an RBC Online Banking(2) customer, you can start using RBC Mobile Banking now on your Internet-enabled mobile device Here’s how:
Step 1:
Go Online
- Turn on your mobile device.
- Launch the browser.
- Go to www.rbc.mobi
and click the Mobile Banking link.
Quick Tip: Bookmark www.rbc.mobi for easy future access.
Step 2:
Log In
- Enter your Client Card number or username and password (the same ones you use for Online Banking) and then click Sign In.
- Next, answer the Personal Verification Question.
Step 3:
Start Banking!
Follow the easy-to-use screen prompts.
1) RBC Mobile Banking is provided by Royal Bank of Canada.
2) RBC Online Banking is provided by Royal Bank of Canada.
