We’re changing our look and simplifying navigation

In the coming months we will be improving the design and structure of your Online Banking service to help you access the wide range of Online Banking features more easily.

The first change you will notice when you sign in will be the improved header at the top of each page – with links to Products & Services, My Accounts and Customer Service. Under My Accounts you’ll find convenient tabs to access the various products you hold with us, such as:

Banking Direct Investing Dominion Securities

Wealth Management Insurance

We will also be changing the name of the current Home tab to Accounts Summary in preparation for further upcoming enhancements.

Under the Banking tab we will be introducing a new left-hand menu that will help you find all the available features in Online Banking.

Whether you want to check your balances, pay a bill, view your eStatements, apply for a new account or simply update your personal details, our new look will make doing so quicker and simpler.

If you have a Business account with RBC, you can click a link on the left-hand side of the page to view Business Online Banking – there will be no need to sign out of your session.

In the Related Services section on the right hand side, you will be able to link quickly to other services that may be relevant to you.
