Simply add a utility or company to your Payee List. You can then make instant payments or choose automatic post-dated payments. You can also change the amount of a payment or delete post-dated payments in a few simple steps. It’s quick and easy and you need never miss or be late on a payment.
Any payees you previously registered through your RBC branch or over the phone will automatically display in Online Banking.
Save time by paying up to 10 bills at once. Just pick the utility or company you want to pay, enter your payment details and confirm. Your payment History page will display all the bill payments you made in the last 6 months. Because we bundle your payments, you’ll save money with this feature, particularly if you have a bank account that charges fees per transaction.
RBC International Remittance® makes it easy for you to send money to family and friends overseas. In just a few simple steps, you can send money to most countries and have the funds directly deposited to the recipient's bank account or available for pickup. Funds are sent using a secure and trusted electronic bank-to-bank transfer system making this a safe and efficient way to send money. You can add new recipients to your Recipient List and make changes to existing ones.
Review your bills, statements and notices - and make payments - with RBC ebills (a service provided by Canada Post). You can even set up email alerts to let you know when a bill has arrived.
You can transfer funds easily between your Canadian and U.S. Dollar Accounts. You can also transfer funds to family and friends with other accounts. Getting set up is quick and easy and transferring takes the worry out of sending cheques or wiring money.
Send an Interac e-Transfer to anyone with an email address and a Canadian bank account. To complete the transaction, you need access to RBC Online Banking, your own valid email address and the recipient’s email address.
