Getting Started
Step 1
You will need some information to get started in setting up your accounts. For each other financial institution that you wish to add, you will need the:
- Name of Financial Institution
- Type of Account
- Account Number
- Login information you use to access each online account
Step 2
Enrol in Online Banking if you are not already an Online Banking Customer.
Sign in to Online Banking if you have not already done this.
Step 3
Go to the Self Service section from your balances page, and select View Accounts from Other Financial Institutions
Step 4
For all other RBC Financial Group accounts, simply click on the appropriate link and follow the prompts:
- Other RBC Royal Bank accounts
- RBC Direct Investing
- RBC Dominion Securities
Step 5
To add online accounts from Other Financial Institutions, click on Add and manage accounts from Other Financial Institutions
Step 6
Follow the prompts and click on Enrol Now. Read the Client Agreement and click on I AGREE, if you agree.
You have now enrolled in My View and are on your way to viewing your online accounts on one page. You're now ready to move on to Selecting Accounts.
