How to Enrol in RBC Online Banking

Online or Mobile

Enrol online or in the RBC Mobile app in a few simple steps. All you need is one of the following:

  • your personal RBC Royal Bank Client Card
  • your personal RBC Royal Bank Credit card

NOTE: After you enrol, we'll give you a password and mail you your Activation Code, which must be entered within 45 days and is required just once. Your password gives you immediate but limited access to check balances, transfer funds and pay existing payees. Once you receive and enter your Activation Code, you'll have full access.

  • In Person: Enrol at any RBC Royal Bank branch

If you're a personal client but don't have a Client Card or credit card, just visit a branch or give us a call at 1-800-769-2555 and we'll be happy to get you set up.

Business clients can enrol by calling 1 800 769-2520. Just have your Business Client Card or Business Telephone Banking information ready – we'll do the rest!
