To protect your Online Banking activity, the systems are designed to automatically terminate if extended inactivity is detected. When you call our Royal Direct® telephone banking service and elect to use our automated options, you will be required to verify your identity by providing your account number and secret access code before proceeding. If you speak with one of our agents, you will be asked to provide some personally identifying information as well as your secret verification word.
