When can I expect my gift card to arrive?

Thank you so much for choosing RBC. Once all the criteria have been met, you will receive a letter asking you which type of gift card you would like. Simply follow the instructions in the letter which will provide you with a webpage or phone number to call to let us know what type of card you would like. Once we know for sure the type of card you selected we will mail the gift card to your home. The entire process takes approximately 8-10 weeks.

I was sent a letter to choose my gift card - can I trust the web site address? It asked me for the last 3 digits of my client card. How do I know it's real and not fraud?

A fraudulent form would ask for information that can personally identify you, such as your name, address or full account number. Our form uses a secure method such as a numerical code and a partial account number.

If I open two accounts or a joint account, can I get two gift cards?

The rules and regulations state one gift card per account, per client. If you opened a joint account, the gift card is sent to the primary account holder.

None of those retailers are near me. Can I get something else?

When selecting participating retailers, we tried to ensure that we had a variety of choices with locations across the country. Future Shop and HBC do allow you to shop online.

Why did RBC choose these 3 retailers' gift cards and not an iPod or iPhone for the promotion?

Our promotion offers you the choice of selecting the gift that you prefer.

I just moved to a new address. Will my gift card get sent to my new address?

The gift card will be mailed to the address currently on file. Please call 1 866 484-6776 with your old and new address, as well as the last 3 digits of your account number. We will then mail another card to the new address. (The old card will be deactivated).
