My Payment is a new payment option that allows individuals and businesses to pay taxes online, via the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) website.

The My Payment service is offered through Interac* Online and is a quick, easy, and secure way to make payments to the CRA. My Payment simplifies accounting because the funds leave your account immediately. So there is no need to monitor your account because of an outstanding cheque.

My Payment is simple and convenient as it allows you to make payments to several CRA accounts with a single transaction from the comfort of your home. The transaction is completed using the security of RBC Royal Bank^® Online Banking^†.

How do I pay my taxes online?

• Visit www.cra.gc.ca/mypayment and select the "Start My Payment" option.
• Select the accounts and amounts you will be paying – you'll need your account information as provided by the CRA.
• Select the "Pay now" option and choose RBC Royal Bank, keeping in mind that you will need to be registered for RBC Royal Bank Online Banking.
• Log in to RBC Royal Bank Online Banking with your usual login ID and password.
• Select the account from which to deduct your payment.
• Confirm your payment – you will be automatically directed to a confirmation page.
• Print or save a copy of your receipt.
