1. How do I create an account?
To create an account, visit the Apply Now page. Next, enter your e-mail address, create a secure password and verify the password in the field provided. You will then be asked to provide your date of birth and create a security question. Once you’ve completed these fields, click on the “Submit” button. You will shortly receive an e-mail in your inbox, with directions to click on the link provided. This link will take you to the scholarship website to begin your application.
2. Can I save my application?
Yes. In fact, we encourage you to create an account and then browse through the application to get a sense of the information required. You can save information you have entered at any time by clicking on the "Save" button. You may return and login in to your account at any time to add or edit the information you have saved. When you have finished completing your application, click on the "Final Submit" button to submit your scholarship application for judging.
3. I have saved an application. How do I log back into my account?
If you would like to login to your account to continue working on your application, simply visit the RBC Royal Bank Scholarship for First Year Medical & Dental Students homepage and click on "Login" to enter your e-mail address and password.
4. I’ve forgotten my password. How can I retrieve it?
If you can’t remember your password, please use our Password Reset Service. You will be asked to provide the e-mail address you used to create your account, your date of birth, and to provide the answer to your personal security question. An e-mail will then be mailed to your inbox with a link that will allow you to reset your password. If you still are unable to reset your password after using this service, contact our RBC Royal Bank Scholarship Support Centre.
5. I’ve finished my application. How do I submit it for review?
If you are satisfied that the information you have entered into your application is final and ready for review, simply click the "Final Submit" button on the last page of the online application.
6. Can I revise my application after I have submitted it?
No. Once you have submitted your application for review, it can no longer be revised.

8. How secure is the scholarship website and application?
The security of your personal information is a top priority at RBC Royal Bank. We’ve taken appropriate technical, administrative and physical safeguards to protect against loss, unauthorized access and misuse of the information submitted.

Our RBC Royal Bank Scholarship Support Centre will accept e-mails at anytime. All inquiries will be responded to within two business days.
10. Who is Studentawards Inc.?
Studentawards Inc. is a scholarship services provider who we have teamed up with to administrate the RBC Royal Bank Scholarship for First Year Medical & Dental Students. They work on behalf of us to process, verify and adjudicate applications.
