1) The application itself is divided into three sections. Complete each section as follows:
Contact & Citizenship Details
- Requires you to provide basic contact details, including your email address, phone number, mailing address, etc.
- Requires you to provide information about your citizenship status, place of birth and year of arrival in Canada.
Education & Activities
- Requires you to provide information on your current school, grade average, extracurricular activities and future educational plans.
- Must disclose personal details about your education in order to verify that you are attending a Canadian high school or CEGEP.
Canada & Immigration
- Requires you to answer two essay questions detailing your personal experience and thoughts on the impact of immigration in Canada.
- Your essay answers will be judged based on a combination of the following:
- Use of personal experiences
- Relevance to Canadian immigration
- Creativity/originality
- Clarity of thought
- The first essay must be answered in 350 words or less. The second essay must be answered in 250 words or less.
Please remember to not include any personal information such as names, addresses or schools attended in your essays.
2) You will be required to review and accept legal terms and conditions on the application form.
3) If you are under the age of majority in your province or territory or residence, your parent or legal guardian must review the legal terms and conditions and confirm acceptance on your behalf.
