Single Sign-In Feature

View your Online Banking (RBC Royal Bank^®) and Web Banking (RBC Centura^®) accounts in one online session

With this service you only have to sign in once to view your accounts with both RBC Royal Bank and RBC Centura.

This is how your Online Banking Account Balances page will look once you have signed up for Single Sign In.

To set up Single Sign In, from the Account Balances page:

1. Select "View accounts from other Financial Institutions" OR "Manage MyView™ account profile" from the Self Service menu.
2. Click "Access your RBC Centura and RBC Royal Bank accounts at the same time".
3. Select "Continue".
4. Enter your RBC Centura User Identification number and your Web Banking password, and select "Confirm".
5. You will now have:
   
   
   • Access to both Online Banking and Web Banking when you sign in to Online Banking. To view accounts with either RBC Centura or RBC Royal Bank, simply select the desired tab at the top of your Account Balances page.
   • The ability to transfer funds between your RBC Centura and RBC Royal Bank accounts.
