Single Sign-In Feature

View your Online Banking (RBC Royal Bank^®) and Web Banking (RBC Bank (USA)) accounts in one online session

With this service you only have to sign in once to view your accounts with both RBC Royal Bank and RBC Bank (USA).

To set up Single Sign In, from the Account Balances page:

1. Select "View accounts from other Financial Institutions" OR "Manage MyView™ account profile" from the Self Service menu.
2. Click "Access your RBC Bank (USA) and RBC Royal Bank accounts at the same time".
3. Select "Continue".
4. Enter your RBC Bank (USA) User Identification number and your Web Banking password, and select "Confirm".
5. You will now have:
   
   
   • Access to both Online Banking and Web Banking when you sign in to Online Banking. To view accounts with either RBC Bank (USA) or RBC Royal Bank, simply select the desired tab at the top of your Account Balances page.
   • The ability to transfer funds between your RBC Bank (USA) and RBC Royal Bank accounts.
