RBC Royal Bank® (rbcroyalbank.com) earned the top spot in the annual Forrester Research report titled "2010 Canadian Bank Public Web Site Rankings" (April 2010). The report states, “RBC stole the top spot in this year’s ranking, scoring 66 out of 100.”

The survey examines more than 50 individual criteria that measure a financial services website’s ability to move visitors toward their goals. In addition, Forrester Research awarded RBC Royal Bank Online Banking the top spot in the "2009 Canadian Bank Secure Web Site Rankings" (August 2009).
