Note: If it’s your first time using RBC Online Insurance, simply create an RBC Online Insurance profile by entering your preferred email address. This will serve as your RBC Online Insurance user ID. Then, choose a password and your RBC Online Insurance personal verification questions.

If you view your RBC Insurance auto policies on the RBC Online Insurance website, you can also view them with Online Banking. From the Account Balances page, simply click on the policy link in the "RBC Insurance" section.
