Choose "Change account type" from either the "Accounts and Services" or "Account Details" pages.

Choose the account you wish to change and click "Change".

Under "What would you like to do with this account?" choose "Change account type" then click "Continue".

Review your current contact information. If you need to make changes, you may do so by clicking on the "Update My Profile" link. If you are satisfied with your current contact information, click "Continue".

Select the account you would to change to and select "Continue".

Review the Account Disclosures and Agreements information. To confirm your acceptance, type "Yes" in the box located at the bottom of the page and click "I Agree". When the account change has been completed, you will be notified via the Online Banking Message Centre.
