From the Account Balances page, choose "Pay Bills & Transfer Funds." Then, from the Self Service menu, choose "View Bills Online."

Review RBC Royal Bank’s Electronic Access Agreement regarding the bill presentment service provided by epost*. Then, click "Continue."

To begin receiving eBills, click the "eBillers" link at the top of the page.

Click the "Add" button.

A list of eBillers will appear. You can easily search by name, with the "Enter eBiller Name" textbox. Once the "Current Selection" textbox displays your desired eBiller, click "Next."

If it’s your first time setting up eBillers via Online Banking, you’ll be taken to the "Connect to epost*" page, where you’ll be asked if you’re an existing or new epost user. New epost users must first register before continuing to add eBillers.

If you’ve already set up eBillers via Online Banking, you’ll be guided through a series of pages asking for details about your bills, such as your bill account number and mailing address. You can find this information on each biller’s paper statement.
