When you set up Sign In Protection on your computer, you’ll be prompted to accept the security recognition cookie. Since this cookie recognizes that computer on subsequent visits, you won’t be asked any Personal Verification Questions.

Each time you sign in from a different computer, you will be prompted to answer a Personal Verification Question. If you plan to sign in from this computer again, you can bypass the Personal Verification Question by accepting the cookie when prompted.

If anyone attempts to sign in from a computer without the security recognition cookie and cannot answer the Personal Verification Question, they will be denied access.

For added security, whenever a Personal Verification Question is answered incorrectly, you will be alerted on your next visit to Online Banking.
