From the Mortgage Transaction History page, under Self Service, click "Skip Mortgage Payment."

Read the information page, and then click "Continue."

Review your Mortgage Payment and Skip-A-Payment® details. Choose the first payment date you’d like to skip. Then, click "Continue."

You’ll be presented with a number of payments you’re eligible to skip. Choose the number of payments you want to skip, and then click "Continue."

Review the details of your Skip-A-Payment® request. Type "Yes" where indicated, and then click "Continue."

Verify your mortgage and Skip-A-Payment® details, and then click "Confirm."
