Stop Cheque Payment Requests

Step 1

From the Online Banking home page, choose the account from which you wrote the cheque, then click "View."

Verify the cheque or payment has not already gone through.

Step 3

Click "Stop Payments/Cheques."

Step 4

Choose the type of payment to stop, and then click "Continue."

Step 5

Complete the form in as much detail as possible, and then click "Submit."
