From the RRSP Account Holdings page, under Self Service, click "Switch Investments Within This RRSP."

Choose the type of RRSP investment you’re switching to, and then click "Continue."
Note: in order to switch to a mutual fund, you must have updated your Investor Profile within the past 12 months and the mutual fund selected must be in line with your Investor Profile.

Choose the RRSP investment product you’re switching from, along with the value of funds you want to switch. Next, select the specific investment product you’re switching to, and click "Continue."

Enter your email address or a phone number where you can be reached, in case we need to contact you while processing your request.

You’ll be prompted to read important information about switching investments. Then, click "Continue."

Review all the information you’ve entered. If everything is in order, click "Submit."

Record your 4-digit confirmation number.

At any time, you can access your Investor Profile to review the details you provided about your investment objectives, risk tolerance and time horizon. Just click "Investor Profile," under Self Service.

Just click "Other Information About This Account," under Self Service, for details about your last statement date, your account opening date, pre-authorized payments, beneficiary information and more.

Within the last 30 days of your GIC term, you can change your maturity instructions. For example, you may wish to renew to a different type of registered GIC or a different term. You can save time by doing it with Online Banking.
If you have a GIC within your RRSP that is maturing within 30 days, you can easily renew it online by clicking "Update RRSP GIC Maturity Instructions," under Self Service.
