From the Online Banking home page, or the Account Balances page, click "Pay Bills & Transfer Funds."

Enter the amount you want transferred, and choose from which account. Then, in the "To" drop down menu, choose "Other RBC Royal Bank Customer."

Click "Submit."

You’ll be prompted to enter the following: Customer’s last name, first name, branch number, and the account number to which you’re transferring money.
If you plan to send money to this person again, choose "Add To Payee List" before clicking "Confirm." Then, whenever you transfer funds, you can conveniently select this person directly from the "To" drop down menu.

Verify the information is correct, and then click "Confirm."
