From the Online Banking home page, under Banking, choose "Edit Profile". Or, choose "Edit Profile" from the upper right corner of most Online Banking pages.

Rather than keying in your Client Card Number every time, just set the Online Banking sign in page to remember it.

Personal Verification Questions are used to recover forgotten passwords. They’re also used for optional Sign In Protection. Please review and update your questions and answers regularly.
