Company Name
This is your business name, which will be displayed on your recipients' account statements. The name may contain a maximum of 15 characters. Special characters are not allowed.
Contact Name
Enter the name of the authorized owner of this service. This information will be supplied to RBC via secure e-mail in the event you request a trace or a token.
Billing Account
This is the account that will be debited at the end of the month for all fees related to your RBC Royal Bank Pay Employees and Vendors service. The fees will be identified as follows:

Enter your e-mail address. RBC will notify you when payments to your recipients are processed or returned, or if the banking information for your payment has changed.
**Note: this e-mail address is independent of the e-mail address you entered in Online Banking. If you change your e-mail address, please be sure to update you preferences for this service as well.  |
