Rescheduling an appointment is easy. Simply go online to Client Appointment Booking here. From the “Upcoming Appointments“ page, choose to "cancel your current appointment” and then select “Book a New Appointment” to select a different time, date and/or location.
In order to see the languages spoken at that branch, set the advisor dropdown list to Any Advisor and then select the language dropdown list to view the languages.
If your financial planner or business account manager has no availability please reach out to them directly by phone or email.
If you can’t find availability with your preferred advisor and you need to meet someone at the location on that day and time please select another advisor or select Any Advisor from the dropdown list.
In order to view the details of your past appointments, you’ll need to connect with us by visiting Customer Service in Online Banking or the Contact Us link on the RBC Mobile app.
We have temporarily closed some of our branches to protect the health and well-being of employees, clients and communities. If the branch you’re looking for is not open, we recommend searching by postal code or other valid search criteria (no blank spaces or special characters) for a location that is open.
The bookings are updated in real-time and the time you selected for that particular advisor was booked by someone else while you were in the booking process. Please select another time and we’ll confirm your booking.
You may have a relationship with one particular advisor, and as such, you’re being directed to book your appointment at the location(s) where your advisor works. Note during the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic advisors may be supporting branches that remain open in the same local area.
