Benefits of RBC Alerts

Alerts from RBC are messages sent to you to inform you about your banking, credit card, budgeting activity and RBC Offers. They are included in your banking account package and simple to set up!

  • Know when your balance is low or each time a withdrawal or deposit is made
  • Avoid late fees with payment reminders
  • Know when you are getting close to your RBC credit card limit
  • Get notifications about special RBC Offers

You can set up your Alerts through RBC Online Banking2 or the RBC Mobile App2. Simply set the type of Alert you want to receive and decide how to receive them – by text message, email, or mobile push notifications. Each of your Alerts are automatically sent to your “Alerts Inbox” in both RBC Online Banking and the RBC Mobile app, for your records.
