Eligibility:

1. This campaign is open to all RBC Visa personal credit card clients, whose RBC accounts are in good standing throughout the promotional, selection and redemption periods. For the purposes of this campaign, an account is in good standing if it is not past due, not in default, over limit and operated in line with RBC’s terms and conditions, or otherwise compliant with all applicable terms and conditions of the RBC credit card agreement or other product agreement throughout the promotional, selection and redemption periods.
2. Offer is not applicable for RBC Visa Business credit card clients.
3. Cardholders must be at least 18 years of age or older to qualify.
4. Eligibility is limited to the primary and co-applicants only. Nominees/authorized users are excluded and not eligible to participate.
5. Employees of RBC including co-applicants and authorized users are excluded and not eligible to participate.
6. To qualify, a cardholder’s RBC Visa personal credit card account must have at least one completed and settled purchase transaction within the campaign period that has not been refunded or reversed in whole or in part.
7. Standard eligibility requirements related to travel apply. RBC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to select an alternate winner if a selected individual does not meet these criteria.
8. Winner must be able to download and retrieve event information, tickets, and any other relevant details and accept the terms and conditions that must be accessed through Visa’s designated website to claim their prize.
9. If a winner is unable to attend the event due to illness, death, or any other reason, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. The prize is non-transferable and may not be claimed by the winner's estate, heirs, or assigns

Campaign Period and Entry:

1. The campaign period runs from January 12, 2026, to March 31,2026.
2. There is no minimum spend requirement to enter the campaign. Each finalized purchase of a RBC Visa personal credit card made during the campaign period will constitute one entry.
3. Cash advances, balance transfers and fees do not qualify as eligible transactions.

Winner selection and Notification:

1. A total of three (3) winners will be randomly selected after the campaign period closes. One (1) winner will receive one FIFA WORLD CUP 26™ Final Game Package, and Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) FIFA WORLD CUP 26™ Quarterfinal Game Package.

2. RBC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to select an alternate winner from the next eligible entrant(s) if any of the following occur:

   • Any of the selected winners’ RBC accounts are not in good standing.
   • The selected winner fails to respond to RBC notification within three (3) business days of first contact.
   • The selected winner fails to provide proof of travel eligibility or valid travel documents to an RBC representative within (3) business days of contact.
   • The selected winner fails to provide the required signed consent for the use of their name, image, or likeness for promotional purposes, or fails to provide the necessary approvals for data sharing required by Visa or any third party involved in prize redemption or the winner experience within three (3) business days of contact by an RBC representative.
   • The selected winner fails to download and retrieve the event information, tickets and other relevant details and accept the terms and conditions to claim their prize.
3. RBC will make reasonable efforts to contact winners via telephone, email or other available channels, based on the information in RBC records.

Prize Details:

1. Each prize package (“the Prize”) includes:

   • Two (2) game tickets to the FIFA World Cup 26™ Final or Quarterfinal match.
   • Hotel accommodations and round-trip flights. Winners will not have the ability to select specific hotels or accommodations. Redemption or addition of rewards towards or collected toward hotels bookings is prohibited.
   • Airline tickets will be selected and approved by Visa. There will be no option to upgrade seats, change airlines, or alter the flight accommodations in any manner.
   • Ground transfers between the airport, hotel and sports venue will be provided. There is no ability to change transportation options, request upgrades, or arrange private transportation. Standard arrangements made by Visa or its designated third party will apply.
   • Prizes may include additional benefits which are solely at the discretion of RBC and Visa.
2. The Prize is non-transferable, and no cash equivalent or substitutions will be provided, including changes to the date or game.
3. Winners must be eligible for travel to the country in which the game is being held and must hold valid travel documents, including but not limited to a valid passport and where, applicable, a valid visitor visa or other required entry documentation. Travel documents must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the event date. All applicable entry and transit requirements must be met, including those related to connecting flights.
4. Proof of such documents must be provided prior to confirmation and public announcement of the final winners. RBC reserves the right to select an alternate winner if documentation is not provided or any of the criteria above is not met.
5. By accepting the Prize, each winner agrees to provide written consent authorizing RBC to use their name, image and likeness, and city of residence for promotional or publicity purposes without further compensation. Winners must be willing to share their data and authorize the use or sharing of their information with Visa or any third party involved in prize redemption or the winner experience.

Waiver of Liability

1. RBC shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses, damages, expenses, claims, costs, refunds or any monies including but not limited to loss of enjoyment and/or inconvenience arising as a result of any cancellations, delays, change or interruptions to flight schedules, hotel bookings, event timings, denial of entry into a country or territory, detainment resulting in personal injury or property damage, or other border control measures affecting the winner and travel companion.
2. RBC shall not be liable for any additional personal expenses incurred by winners and/or travel companion during travel, or stay, including but not limited to shopping, additional events or activities, ground transport outside the Prize, additional meals, incidental hotel expenses (for example, long distance telephone calls, room service, laundry, minibar items, room service), loss of hotel property, damage to hotel property, or any other expenses incurred in the hotel or otherwise.
3. RBC shall not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, claims, costs, refunds or any monies resulting from total or partial cancellation, modification, suspension, delay or postponement of the FIFA World Cup 26™ or any related events. RBC is not responsible for any incidents occurring at the hotel or event venue, including but not limited to riots, stampedes or any other event which may result in death or personal injury to the winner and/or a travel companion.
 
4. RBC shall not be liable for and disclaims all responsibility for travel visas or other permits that may be required for the winner and/or travel companion to enjoy the Prize, including, without limitation, any immigration, exit, or entry permits to a country or territory and any requirements to obtain such travel visas or other permits.
 
5. RBC shall not be liable for any applicable taxes (for example, personal taxes that may be charged to winners and/or travel companions with respect to their receipt of the Prize or any part thereof). RBC shall not be liable for any taxes required to be paid by the winner or travel companion in their city or country of residence.
6. RBC shall not be liable for, and disclaims all responsibility for any costs, damages, expenses, claims or any monies associated with any medical or health emergencies incurred by the winner and/or travel companion regardless of cause. It is the sole responsibility of the winner and travel companions to procure and maintain adequate medical, travel, and personal liability insurance coverage for the duration of the services provided hereunder.
 
7. RBC shall not be liable for and disclaims all responsibility for any lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets, or any unauthorized use of a ticket. The winner assumes all responsibility for the security of their electronic ticket and any device on which it is stored. No refunds or replacements will be issued for tickets that are lost or otherwise inaccessible for any reason, including device malfunction.
 
8. RBC shall not be liable for any translation services.
 
9. For the purposes of these terms, “Force Majeure” includes, but is not limited to, acts of war, terrorism, armed conflict, natural disasters, pandemics or actions by government or governing authority related thereto.
 
10. Other terms and conditions as stipulated by RBC, FIFA and Visa may apply.

Tickets for the FIFA World Cup 26™, whether awarded as a prize or included as part of a promotion, must be accepted as awarded. Failure to accept such tickets as awarded will result in forfeiture of such tickets. You may be required to download Visa’s digital hospitality experience app (“Visa Go”) to your app-enabled mobile device and create an account (no later than twenty (20) days prior to your designated match) to enable access to electronic ticket delivery via the FIFA World Cup 26™ mobile ticketing app. Thereafter, tickets will be delivered via the FIFA World Cup 26™ mobile ticketing app and are subject to all applicable terms and conditions including the FIFA World Cup 26™ mobile ticketing app terms and conditions, and FIFA's terms and conditions at http://www.fifa.com/tickets (which FIFA may change at any time), each of which are deemed to have been accepted by any holder or user of any such ticket

Visa Inc., its affiliates, and Visa-sponsored entities do not organize, nor are responsible for, this activity, campaign, contest, raffle, or benefit (“Activity”). By participating in this Activity, You understand and agree that any claim related to the Activity must be made to the organizer of the Activity. If in order to participate in this Activity You must possess or use a Visa-licensed payment credential, then You understand and agree that any Claim related to the operation of such credential must be made to the entity that issued such payment credential to You. You Agree not to make any Claim against Visa or any of their affiliates related to the Activity.
